What Is the Product Like?
The product comes in a very classy-looking matte glass container with a hint of mint color. The lettering is elegant and black, and the opening is metal, but the protective lid is transparent. Everything works thanks to a press-on dispenser that will dispense the gel from the product. A silicon button closes the opening, so the product will last longer as no air comes through the opening.
The product dispenses from the center of the packaging. What I immediately noticed is that this kind of distributing can make a product a bit messy. Still, it isn’t too bad, although I’d prefer a bit different placement. The mask itself does have a fragrance, but it isn’t overwhelming. This will leave you with a light, tingling sensation that might feel uncomfortable or weird the first time you’re using it. However, as it was stated on the instruction that this might happen, and as my face didn’t turn red afterward, I didn’t worry too much about it. Wait for up to ten minutes, when you’ll notice bubbles slowly dissipating. Massage your face with wet hands before removing everything with warm water.
This mask is recommended to be used up to three times a week. I can’t say I have been following that rule entirely, as for the month I was using it, I didn’t follow any strict schedule. I have also noticed that once the foaming has gone down after some 10-15 minutes, this works really well as a cleanser. I remove any makeup except my mascara with it, as I don’t want it to get into my eyes.
After using it, my face does feel very clean and hydrated. The skin remains very soft even in the morning, and it usually is somewhat dry. In fact, I might even say this is one of the most hydrating masks I have used so far – and I tried plenty of them.
